Strengthening Maine's nonprofits and the communities they serve.

At Rowboat Partners, we focus on strengthening organizational alignments and competences – operational, financial, governance, and leadership – so that mission-driven organizations can sustain themselves and focus on the work that matters most.

We partner with Maine nonprofits to build the operational, human, and collaborative capacity they need to fulfill their missions sustainably. Our work begins with meeting organizations where they are, conducting a thorough assessment to address immediate needs while identifying additional areas of potential strength.
